I like (liked) them a LOT - their service to agents and policyholders has been better than any other carrier, and I actually replaced my LTC with them a few years ago. At the same time, besides being really tough in u/w, they've had NO presence in the market lately - no calls from sales mgrs., no promotion, etc., and I'm concerned it's a sign they may be leaving or at least not super-committed to the LTC market.
